IF I SEND TO THE LAST, WHAT HAPPENS?

After the first 15 days of booking, you lose the possibility of canceling the booking and having your refunded amount.

I DON'T HAVE A HELMET, HOW TO DO IT?

We will give you the helmet for you and possibly for your passenger! Ask us first to check the availability of your size.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO RENT?

A valid identity document, yours and of the eventual passenger, the driving license, one of the credit cards with which we have an agreement.

IS MY LICENSE VALID IN YOUR COUNTRY?

All European driving licenses are valid in Italy, for those outside Europe, contact the tourist office of your country.

IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, AM I INSURED?

Only the vehicle is insured, therefore the insurance coverage for civil liability towards third parties deriving from the movement of the vehicle.

CAN YOU BOOK IN GROUP?

Of course, traveling in company is even more fun and you can book the motorbike or car for you and your friends with a single booking specifying and giving the details of the people belonging to the group.

ARE YOU OPEN ALL YEAR?

It is possible to book all year round but the rent for motorcycles and cars starts from April to the end of October.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TAKE A FINE?

If the customer is aware of it, he must communicate it at the end of the rental. In any case it is responsible for paying the amount.

MAY I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Within 15 days from the booking confirmation you can withdraw your booking by reimbursing the deposit, in case you want to cancel the booking after 15 the advance will be retained by us.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF DRILLING?

The customer will have the puncture repaired in the nearest workshop at his expense. If replacement should be necessary, contact us.

We rent our cars and motorbikes to those who are at least 18 years old at the time of booking.

CAN I LEARN TO USE THE MOTORCYCLE OR THE SCOOTER BY YOU?

NO, we are not a driving school and driving without experience can be very dangerous for you and others.
